Regional Indoor Coordinator


Responsible to the Vice President Events & Services for the management of Archery Canada Tir à l'Arc Regional Indoor Championships. Responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of the championships.

Overall operation of the Regional Indoor programme including:

Leadership

- Solicit input on how the program can be improved continually;

- Work with the Archery Canada webmaster for information, forms and tables for implementation and promotion of the event;

- Ensure that the site is updated immediately after the event each year, so that it can be activated late in the year for maximum particiaption (by December)

- Ensure the event is promoted with announcements in the Archery Canada News and Provincial Newsletters.

- Address issues within the event

- Publish unofficial results within 48 hours after the event in consultation with the webmaster

- Publish final list of participants and medallists 30 days after the event

- Work with membership chairperson to verify membership in good standing of all participants

Evaluation

- Evaluate participation and feedback and submit recommendations to the Vice-President VP Events and Services

Reporting

- To V/P Archery Canada Events and Services regularly (i.e. quarterly)

- To Board, 1x per year (written) - To Membership at AGM (written)
